Derse, Prospit

World Building

The two most important source of magic and life orbits the medium waiting for their new DEUS to arive.

Every millennium, 2 newborns are chosen to be the new overseer of the 2 moons. The Prospit child will glow a faint hue of golden when they are born whild Derse's will bear the mark of a denizen.

Prospit

Prospit represents the brightness of everything.

1. The quality or state of giving out or reflecting light.

The sharp piercing shimmer of light reflecting off the edge of the knife that ends it all, the bright white teeth of the psychopath smiling down at you before you lose your senses and the bright red of blood. Brightness isn't anyways great is it?

Derse

Derse represent the darkness of everything.

The grass is always greener on the other side. In other words, fuck my side I'm going over

Prospit and Derse (Light and dark)

Both countries despite not being at war, do not interfere or communicate with each other. The difference in culture and belief had set both countries apart.

Derse

Character explaination

Main chara: Dave Strider

Raised by his older brothers Dirk strider and Derrick Strider.

- Derrick Strider (Strict, unapproachable parental figure that spends most his time running the kingdom)

-Rose Lalonde (Best friend, dark gothic teen, awkward but tries, had an odd crush until he realise it was just admiration and the fact that he had no other friends, became distant when she started getting too into the dark magix of derse)

- Dirk Strider (Dave's best bro, kind, smart, ironic, cool, but as he got older he becomes busy with his duties as well as his love interest Jake)

In the past, Dave loved and adored Derse. The cool afternoons and nights comfort him, the abundance of apple trees that stretch to his window. However, as he grow older he start to feel painfully lonely. With the people of Derse keeping to themselves most of the time, he had no company that would distract him from boredom and loneliness. He'd even taken up talking to himself so that the room will not be suffocatingly silent. Beyond the borders lie Prospit where people smile all day, children chase each other through the medows and no one was ever truly alone. Day in day out, as he look out to the horizon with only his faint shadows to keep him company in the dark purple kingdom Dave wishes to be part of the bright, cheerful Prospit.

Raised by John's father when his own had left him when he was 12.

- John (Karkat's crush for about 2 years until John brutally rejected him with 'No homo', things became a little awkward between them for a while until they got over it and put it behind them)

- Dadbert (Picked Karkat from the streets 4 years ago, Proud dad, Great dad, Hot dad, Best dad)

He spends his time wincing at the painfully bright sun, moon and stars cursing its existence while silently plotting their death. He gets nauseated looking at the plastered smiles on everyone's face and hoped that one day he will grow claws to carve them out. However most of all, he wishes desperately for a small semblance of privacy and silence. He looks over to the haven called Derse every night while trying to suppress his murderous thoughts about the moon.

-Jade Harley (Odd at first but nice friend later, very wise for her childish interests, kind, patient, badass)

Scene 1

"Sup."

"Dave I told you Im busy right now, can't you go bother the servants"

"Dirk no please you are breaking my heart with comments like that, can you feel my heartbeat."

"Dave."

"Okay, okay. Hear me out here. I have a really interesting proposal you will want to hear."

"...5 minutes Dave"

"So you see, Prospit is like rich in a lot of uhhh... Stuff. So why not we build a good relationship with them so that we can both profit. I was thinking... Why don't you send me over as ambassador so we can like merge the 2 super powerful countries into one-"

"Dave, we have been maintaining a good relationship. A relationship that comprises of no interference on either parts. A relationship that had prevented war"

"Dirk please I really need to go there."

"Dave my boyfriend is over at Prospit. If there was a way I would have done something"

"Well I'm trying to add motivation to your 'Do something' soup. You know? Passing on some ideas like salt across the table."

"5 minutes up Dave, bye"

"Dir-....it was only 3 minutes 47 seconds"
